Refund and Returns Policy for PawSentry.com

 

At PawSentry, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Returns

    • Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Process

    • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@pawsentry.com to request a return authorization.

    • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

3. Refunds

    • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

    • Partial Refunds: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund.

4. Exchanges

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Subscription Renewal Policy

    • When purchasing a subscription, please note that it automatically renews at the end of each subscription period unless canceled in advance.

    • Renewal periods are identical to the original subscription period:
        • Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days.

        • Annual subscriptions renew every 365 days.

        • 2-year subscriptions renew every 730 days.

        • 3-year subscriptions renew every 1095 days.

    • Customers must cancel their subscription before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges.
